And in all cases of Administracon the Administrat^rs shall for
his care & pains taken therein have ten in the hundred of the
value of that part of estate sold at an outcry and after the same
rate Shall have in kind of such Part of the Estate as shall be
reserved to the Estate in kind and Moreov^r.. and above such
tenn in the hundred he shall be allowed out of the Estate all
charges as he shall make appear to have been laid out for the
behoofe of the Estate This Law to revoake any former Law
concerning causes Testamentary and to endure for 2 years or
to the end of the next Sessions before two years
